What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners within about 90 minutes of our Novi, Michigan showroom. That covers all of Oakland County, plus most of Wayne, Washtenaw, Livingston, and western Macomb. Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Rochester Hills, Northville, Plymouth, Ann Arbor, and the surrounding areas are all in range. Anything outside that radius is case-by-case and discussed on your Discovery Call.

What do these projects typically cost?

Most full builds land between $9,000 and $25,000+ all-in including equipment, delivery, and install. Most projects fall in the $10,000 to $25,000 range. The exact number depends on your space, your training, and how much you want included. Your Build Plan & Install Blueprint gives you a real number based on what you actually need.

Do you only use your own equipment?

No. We carry our own Forged equipment line and we also source from trusted outside brands. Our job is to pick what fits your goals, space, and budget. You get a setup that works for you, not a one-size-fits-all package.

Can you just design the gym and let me buy everything myself?

Most of our clients hire us to design, source, and install everything so they don't have to manage vendors or guess on equipment. That's what the paid Home Gym Build Plan & Install Blueprint is for, and we credit the full cost toward your project. We do offer a limited number of design-only engagements each year at a higher, premium rate. If that's what you want, mention it on your call and we'll let you know if it's a fit.

How long does installation take?

All-Forged builds install fastest, often in a single visit once your room is ready. Larger or custom builds with other brands typically run 2 to 4 weeks depending on product availability. We confirm your exact install timeline during the Blueprint so there are no surprises.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Most clients either pay in full or use monthly payments through our financing partners at checkout. We walk you through the options on your Discovery Call.

Is the Blueprint fee really credited back?

Yes. 100% of it is credited toward your project if you move forward within 30 days of your Blueprint. The fee exists to make sure we're working with serious homeowners and to cover the design and planning time. You get every dollar back at install.

What if I'm not ready to install right away?

Tell us on the Discovery Call. If you're planning a few months out, we'll let you know when to come back so we can plan around your timeline. We'd rather earn your trust now and build later than rush a project that isn't ready.
